Halloween Biscuits
Feeling a little overwhelmed by the sheer volume of Halloween merchandise that Sainsburys is currently stocking, my usual defenses were down and I was persuaded to buy one sequined cat mask and one sequined bat mask for the children, plus some scary cookie cutters. The cookie cutters are 99p well spent, I think, because one of them is a skull which can be used for any future pirate party I may happen to throw for Theo.
Anyway, we made the Halloween biscuits yesterday and they turned out great:

Tasted nice too.
(Not that we have ever had a Trick or Treater come knocking in the 10 years or so that I've lived in this area of South East London...)

we're preparing for the trick or treat onslaught later on - its quite a big thing up here, which is nice.
Saw your photos of Sam & Jacob - they looked great!
We hadn't ever had trick or treaters in South London either (and I guess we've been around here for about 15 years) until this year when I decided to honour my years living in America and made 2 pumpkins.
We had 25 trick or treaters!!!
the deal up here is that if you put a jack o'lantern in your window, it shows that you are happy to be trick or treated.
That must be where I'm going wrong...I've haven't carved a pumpkin in my whole life...!! x
They look great biscuits bet they tasted yummy as well xx
