Mei-Tai
Hurrah! My Mei-Tai has arrived and it is lovely! It has taken me ages to decide what to go for, I have searched hundreds of baby-wearing websites and looked at many different types of slings (and let me tell you there are many different types of slings...) before finding Joey Slings on Ebay. I've been using my Tricotti sling which has been great but I don't find it as good now that Freyja is upright (it was brilliant when she was a newborn) so needed/wanted to get a new one. Toyed with the idea of a wrap (still might get one...a Calin Bleu gauze wrap in olive....mmmm) but when I saw the Joey Slings shop on Ebay, and read reviews about Mei-Tais, I decided to go with the Mei-Tai. It's very comfortable, Freyja seems happy in it, she can go forward facing or inwards and when she is a little older, on the hip or back.

Hi there, have you visited www.slingmeet.co.uk yet? It's a great way to hook up with other mums in London who use slings to carry their babies (and in my case toddler) xxx
Hi. Thank you for letting me know about this. I do love having Freyja in the Mei-Tai. Thinking about getting a wrap too so would be helpful to see a few others in practice before I decide. S x
