This time Last Year...

Two years ago today Adrian and I got married. We married in a church in York, a wonderful celebration, with friends and family and pink champagne. It was a great day, even if it did rain, and a bus did crash outside closing the whole road, and I couldn't climb in the vintage Bentley because my dress was too tight...


One year ago today, Adrian and I were in Hotel du Vin in Brighton, celebrating our first wedding anniversary. On the Sunday we had lunch in Terre a Terre and spent some time there watching a group of 30-something couples, one of whom had a young child. We talked about becoming parents ourselves and laughed about our 'un-conceived child'...

...little did we know that Freyja was right there with us all along.
